Our greatest desire is that every student apart of our ministry comes to know Jesus more deeply, developing a faith in Him that is truly their own. We want to equip students with the confidence to share the gospel, deepen their understanding of God's Word and faithfully follow Christ in every area of their lives. Our prayer is that Eden Youth Ministry will be a place where students feel loved, known, challanged by Scripture, and encouraged to grow into mature followers of Christ as they discover their identity in Him.
Wednesday nights are the heart of our weekly ministry. Each Wednesday, we invite our students to come together for a time of fellowship, fun, and learning. Our goal is to provide a welcoming environment where students can build meaningful friendships, grow in their relationship with God, and simply enjoy spending time together.
During the school year, we begin each evening with a shared meal from 6-6:30 pm, graciously prepared by volunteers from our church. Following dinner, students will participate in group games, a lesson centered on God's Word and group discussion that give them the opportunity to reflect on and apply what they have learned. We will conclude the evening with open gym from 8-8:30pm.
Sunday school provides another opportunity for students to grow in their faith through the study of God's Word. Together we will study Scripture, ask questions, and learn how to apply biblical truth to everyday life. Our hope is that while students are attending their Sunday morning class, parents will attend our Adult Sunday School that is being held at the same time. Both will take place immediately after service.
Each summer, students have the opportunity to attend summer camps or mission trips. Camp is a time for students to step away from the distractions of everyday life, deepen their relationship with Jesus, and grow alongside other students. Mission trips challenge students to live out the gospel through service, share the hope of Christ with others, and discover the joy of participating in God's mission.
Summer Gathering
Throughout the summer, we continue to meet each Wednesday from 6:30-8:30pm. While we do not provide a meal during the summer months, these evenings remain an important opportunity for students to grow together. Our summer gatherings will focus on equipping students to confidently share the gospel, engage with God's Word, and put their faith into action through various outreach projects and service opportunities within our community. Our prayer is that students leave not only with a deeper understanding of the gospel but also with the confidence to live it out and share with others.
This experience is for 8th grade students. Each week from Fall until Palm Sunday, classes explore the basics of the Christian tradition, share ways to connect with God, and aids the development of their beliefs. This weekly commitment will invite them into membership at Eden and the larger church community. We will not be having confirmation this year, but will be starting the program back up in the Fall of 2027!
